GolfVisions provides full-service operations via management contract or lease. Both scenarios have distinct advantages, depending on the client’s needs. In a management arrangement:
- GolfVisions relieves the client of the complex day-to-day operational responsibilities.
- GolfVisions implements its management systems, including accounting, reporting, marketing and maintenance programs, and leverages its buying power and relationships with vendors to enhance the client’s image, maximize profitability and create long-term value.
- GolfVisions’ corporate staff functions as a collective “brain trust” bringing diverse expertise to support the operation.
- Facility employees are GolfVisions employees.
- GolfVisions receives a monthy management fee/negotiated incentive fee based on performance, but all operating expenses and revenues accrue to the client.
